Refund policy

You can only cancel your order before a tracking number is provided. After the tracking number is issued, cancellation is no longer possible.

Chargebacks and disputes: We will open a case with your bank if you place an order and later contest the purchase. We bear no liability for any money lost because the bank took our side.
